Elise Crawford Gallagher

Elise Crawford Gallagher is the COO of her family business, JC Law, the co-president of Catholic Women in Business, and the author of Holy Ambition: Thriving as a Catholic Woman at Work and at Home. With the release of her book in 2024, Elise sought a personal brand that could elevate her growing public presence and reflect both her professional and creative endeavors.

Together, we developed a brand identity that is feminine, professional, and subtly vintage. Elise was drawn to bees as symbols of productivity and the divine feminine, so I illustrated a queen bee to pair with an elegant, editorial typeface for her name. I then created logo variations designed as monograms and stamp-inspired marks. To add a modern, human touch, we wove in a handwritten-style typeface across the brand suite.

Her color palette is designed to strike a balance—soft yet bold, feminine yet grounded, preppy yet urban. It combines deep brick red, girly pink, and soft blue with a grounding brown, balanced by ivory and dark gray. Together, these elements create a brand that reflects Elise’s multifaceted identity and supports her presence as a leader, entrepreneur, and author.
